Cookie Notice
Effective: May 2, 2026 · Version 1.0
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site operators. SimplyWarmup uses cookies and similar session-storage mechanisms to operate the Service securely and effectively.
Cookies We Use
We currently set only strictly necessary cookies. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies on the SimplyWarmup application or marketing website.

Strictly Necessary | Anti-forgery token that protects every state-changing form submission and API request from Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks. Required for security and cannot be disabled. | Session (cleared on browser close) | SimplyWarmup |
Cookie Categories Explained
Strictly Necessary
These cookies are essential for the Service to operate. Without them, core features such as account sign-in, dashboard access, and form security protections cannot function. Because they are essential, they do not require your prior consent under applicable cookie and e-privacy laws, and they cannot be disabled through our platform. You can block them through your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from using the Service.
Analytics Cookies (Currently Not Active)
We do not currently deploy any analytics cookies or services (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Plausible) on the SimplyWarmup platform or marketing site. If we introduce analytics cookies in the future, this notice will be updated before those cookies are activated, and we will implement a consent mechanism where required by law.
Marketing & Advertising Cookies (Currently Not Active)
We do not currently set advertising, retargeting, or behavioral tracking cookies of any kind. If that changes, this notice will be updated accordingly and your prior consent will be obtained where legally required.
Third-Party Cookies
SimplyWarmup does not set third-party advertising or analytics cookies. However, when you interact with Stripe's hosted payment interface (for subscription checkout and billing management), Stripe may set its own cookies in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy. SimplyWarmup does not control or have access to those cookies.
Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- view the cookies set on your device;
- delete existing cookies;
- block cookies from specific websites or all websites; and
- set alerts when a website attempts to set a cookie.
Instructions for managing cookies vary by browser. Refer to your browser's help documentation for specific steps. Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies listed above will prevent you from signing in to or using the SimplyWarmup platform.
For general information about cookies and how to manage them, visit allaboutcookies.org.
Do Not Track
Because SimplyWarmup does not currently deploy any behavioral tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, a browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal has no practical effect on our cookie practices today. If we introduce any tracking technologies in the future, we will update this notice first and will honor DNT signals or equivalent opt-out mechanisms where required by applicable law.
Changes to This Notice
We will update this Cookie Notice before introducing any new cookie categories or third-party tracking technologies. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. For material changes, we will provide advance notice through email or an in-app banner.
