We built SimplyWarmup because we needed it ourselves.
In 2024, we ran cold outreach for our own B2B product and connected to a popular warmup platform. Six weeks later, our sending domain was blacklisted. The warmup pool was full of generic SMTP domains created specifically for spam.
We rebuilt the entire infrastructure from scratch — exclusively around real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts, LLM-generated conversations, and an automated spam rescue system. Then we turned it into a product.
