Platform Features
Everything you need to land in the Primary Inbox.
SimplyWarmup is not a dashboard bolted onto a shared spam network. Every feature is built from first principles to solve the modern deliverability problem — for humans and for AI agents alike.
Clean Pool Network
100% real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts. Zero generic SMTPs. Every node is continuously monitored — toxic domains are ejected automatically before they poison your reputation.
- Strict OAuth-based provider acceptance
- Consumer domain blocklist enforced at connection
- Continuous inbox health scoring
LLM Multi-Turn Warmup Engine
Every email in our network is unique. Our LLM engine generates hyper-varied subject lines, body copy, and 2–4 turn contextual conversation threads that ESPs cannot distinguish from real human engagement.
- Zero static templates — every email unique
- Smart pacing: ramps from 2 to 40/day
- Randomized business-hour scheduling
Automated Spam Recovery
Background workers continuously poll Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders across all connected inboxes. When a pool email is detected, it's automatically rescued, moved to Primary, marked Important, and replied to.
- Polls Google Gmail and MS Graph APIs
- Rescue + Important flag + AI reply in one action
- Health score impact tracked per rescue event
MCP & Safety Interlock API
SimplyWarmup is a native MCP server. Your AI agents can query inbox health, halt campaigns on reputation drops, and provision inboxes programmatically — without leaving the agent runtime.
- Native Model Context Protocol server
- GET /api/v1/inbox/{'{id}'}/health endpoint
- Auto-halt when health score drops below 90
End to End
All four pillars work as one system.
The Clean Pool defines who you warm up with. The AI Engine defines how those conversations sound. Spam Recovery closes the loop when ESPs misflag. And the MCP layer gives your AI agents real-time control over the entire stack.
None of these features is optional — they are interdependent. A warming network without AI-generated content leaves a static footprint. Spam recovery without a clean pool sends you into a death spiral.
FAQ
Common questions about email warmup
What does email warmup actually do?
Warmup builds positive sender reputation for a new or dormant inbox by generating an increasing volume of authentic email engagement — opens, replies, and positive signals — that tell inbox providers the account is legitimate and its emails are wanted. Without warmup, new domains are treated with suspicion: 30–50% of emails from zero-history senders are routed to Spam before any recipient sees them.
How is SimplyWarmup different from other warmup tools?
Most warmup tools inflate their network by accepting any inbox. SimplyWarmup's Clean Pool accepts only verified Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts — no generic SMTP domains, no consumer addresses. Every warmup email is generated uniquely by Google Gemini as a multi-turn business conversation rather than a rotating template. Spam placements are automatically detected and rescued. And the platform exposes a native MCP server so AI agents can query inbox health programmatically.
Do I need to set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC before starting warmup?
Yes. Email authentication must be in place before warmup begins. SPF authorises your sending servers, DKIM provides a tamper-proof digital signature, and DMARC enforces both. Without these records, even a perfectly warmed inbox will face deliverability issues — authentication failures override reputation. Connecting via OAuth to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 ensures your provider's authentication is already configured.
